Hot Pink Lips
Be Bright & Save Money
If you want to try out a bright lip color for the summer without breaking the bank, try painting your lips with a bright lipliner vs. spending big bucks on a bright lipstick.
How To:
- Use a bright lip pencil (NYX FUCHSIA $3.50 ) to outline & color in your lips
- Take your favorite gloss or lip moisturizer ( eos sweet mint lip balm $3.29) and use it all over your lips.

Save Big with Little Samples
Some beauty lines giveaway free samples to increase their product awareness in the hopes you buy more product.
The products are usually in cheap, temporary packaging, which makes trying the product past one day darn near impossible.
One great way of taking advantage of your beauty product samples is to place them into small travel containers.
Kiehls, one of my favorite skin care lines is well known for their free samples. After a trip to the mall to purchase my husband his face lotion I walked away with two free samples of eye cream. I’ve placed the product into a tiny twist cap jar and now I have eye cream that retails for $36 for at least two weeks. Got to love those free samples.
Try taking advantage of your free samples. Simply place them in a clean, sealable plastic or glass container. :)
Vintage Lips
I use an antique lipstick holder to showcase my favorite Lip Tar colors. I stacked an antique ring holder on top for extra functionality.
I never remove the tarnish from my collection of lipstick holders because I LOVE the tarnished, haunted house feel the weathered look gives. Tarnished, they are reminiscent of hidden treasures and stories untold.

Attending the IMATS show and purchasing a good amount of makeup has inspired me to finally tackle my vanity. If anyone knows of some great ideas to bring some life back into my antique vanity… please let me know. =)

Glammy Wedding
I had a beautiful wedding in Saint Thomas VI. at Villa Botanica.
I did my own makeup, I know….sounds crazy, but it’s not that insane. I love doing makeup and I wasn’t scared to trust myself on my important day.
Best case scenario is to be totally pampered on your wedding day. This means hair, makeup and nails but for me I needed:
